These include the vows, the monitum and the declaration.
What is the Monitum?The Monitum is required by law and reminds everyone present of the serious and binding nature of what is about to take place.
What else can we include in our ceremony? In order to make your ceremony personalised you need to include things that are relevant to you. I have a large reference library of poems, readings and songs that we can draw from. You might like to choose the words from your favourite song or book as a reading. I encourage couples to write their own vows, however I also have many samples that you can use. Including family and friends in your ceremony can also make it extra special. You may also wish to include in your ceremony a rose or candle ceremony, or the sharing of wine.
