My name is Monique Duggan and I have been a full time Civil Celebrant since 2006.
In that time I have performed hundreds of ceremonies, though rarely more than one on the same day. This means that I have the depth of experience to ensure the highest possible standards of celebrancy, as well as the time to provide you a truly personalised service.
I hold a Diploma in Marriage Celebrancy from the Australian College of Celebrancy and a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management & Tourism from Victoria University.
Prior to becoming a celebrant I was involved in Hospitality as well as Wedding, Events and Conference Management.
On a personal note, I was married in 1996 and am fortunate to have an amazing husband, and two gorgeous girls in Primary School. I love travelling, entertaining and going to great restaurants.
